I didn't know anything like this existed, but I jumped on trying this as soon as I saw it. My spine has such deep curvature, made worse by bad posture. This Back Straightener/ Posture Corrector is just so GOOD! When I started using this, I could not believe the difference it made in my tense back, neck and shoulders. It is one thing to just will yourself to sit up straight, but it is a whole different world when you have the proper tool to stretch your back and align your shoulders correctly. I like that it folds up out of the way. I keep it stored in a basket that contains other stretching devices and yoga straps that I own. It was easy to assemble and use. I was using it to stretch out my shoulders for less then the recommend time. It was based on how my back was feeling at the end of the day. I tried using it for 15 minutes and it started to hurt after 10 so I stopped.

Feels really good for the arms and back. I wish the bars were a little longer though. For reference this woman is 5'5 in the picture. Really easy to see how it works and bars can slid inward to shorten if needed and for storage. The middle thing keeps popping open but I can still use it so it's annoying but the bars are good when it's working

Surprisingly well made product. After just a few minutes use i could already feel some tension where my posture was being forced to adjust. Please be sure to follow the guidance provided to ensure your form is proper.The adjustable arms in all four directions make this a much easier product to use amongst family members of different heights and the foam padding on each end helps with comfort.As you can see from the close in images you need to align the final piece just right or it will not set properly. The given instructions need to be bigger and a little more clear otherwise this is a well made product!

This is a great tool for helping to correct posture. It comes with assembly required. There are directions included which are fairly easy to follow with pictures to accompany the directions. There is a place to add the included strap on one end to be able to hang it up for storage. The ends are padded and comfortable to use. I do wish there were a few examples of how to use the product but it seems like it's used while standing. The instruction card says to use for 10-20 minutes while standing to straighten your back. The card states that adults and children can use. The bars are adjustable and lock in place. The bars can then be shortened for storage with the included strap. It is simple and easy to use.
