We hope that your experience with alea.shopping is as effortless as possible, however, we do acknowledge that questions may arise.
How long are shipping times in general and during the pandemic?

The shipping time for the U.S. and the EU are approximately 8-24 days, depending on how your country is handling the pandemic.

All other international orders we endeavour to deliver within the same time frame.

Where are the products shipped from?

Depending on what product you order, and where that Brand / Distributor is located, will determine where your product ships out from. We work with businesses in the US, UK, Canada, Germany, Poland, Spain, Czech Republic, China and Australia primarily.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide insured express shipping to over 200 countries around the world.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven't received tracking information within 5 days please contact us.

My tracking says "No information available at the moment" or "pending"

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will different items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons different items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages. If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out. 

Where is my order?

All orders receive a tracking number via e-mail once the order has been processed and shipped.

Something from my order is missing! What should I do?

While our packers are pretty great of getting your order together, very rarely they may leave an item out from the order. If this happens please just reach out to us at support@alea.shopping and we can get this sorted for you. If this happens, we will require a photo of what you have received for verification purposes.

Can I still make changes to my order once I have placed it already?

Amendments and Cancellations

If you need to make changes to your order you will need to contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.

- Your e-mail

- Your phone number

Cancellations:

- You must contact us within 24 hours.

- We can not cancel your order once it has already been shipped.
