- We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days after receiving the product at the delivery address. We hereby refer to the tracking information stating the day of successful delivery.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging (if applicable).
- Personalized, customized, or made-to-order items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team via support@alea.shopping.
- Provide your order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
- Our customer support team will guide you through the return or exchange process and provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) if applicable.
3. Returns and Exchange Process:
- Once you have received an RMA number, securely package the item(s) along with a copy of the original packing slip or order confirmation email.
- Write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team using a trackable shipping method. The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or defective items.
- Once we receive the returned item(s) and inspect them, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
4. Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
5. Exchanges:
- If you are exchanging an item for a different size, color, or product, we will ship the replacement item(s) to you once we receive and process your return.
6. Damaged or Defective Items:
- In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately.
- We will provide instructions for returning the item or, if applicable, offer a replacement at no extra cost.
