What kind and size of battery does Thermaly Heated Vest use?

Our vests use a standard USB Power Bank (5V/2.1A), and we recommend 10,000 mAH to get up to 12 hours of heat. The mentioned Wristy Hand Warmer & Power Bank is ideal for this purpose but any other standard power bank will also work.

How do I know what size I should order?

Please refer to our Sizing Chart. If you're in between two sizes, we recommend going one or two sizes up because they are manufactured based on international measurements, and run a little smaller than what you may be used to! Example: Your normal size is XL rather order 2XL or 3XL. If you are unsure double check with the sizing chart.

Note: Our vests are labeled with the International Size, not the EU/US Size.

How many heating temperatures and heating zones are there?

There are 3 heat settings: low, medium, and high. White is lowest heat setting, blue is medium, red is high. There are 9 heat zones: 1 in the back neck area, 2 in the shoulder area, 1 on the back, 2 on the lower back, 1 on each side of the vest near the stomach and 1 in upper front.

How many hours does it last on one charge?

Thermaly Heated Vest will last up to 12 hours on the low heat setting, while using a 10,000 mAH external battery pack (the recommended battery). If you're using medium or high heat, and/or using a smaller power bank, it will provide heat for a shorter period of time, depending on those factors.

How do I use it?

Unzip the interior pocket and connect the USB cable of your power bank to the integrated USB plug in the vest. Hold the button down for 3 seconds to turn it On/Off. A flashing light means that it's heating up. To switch through different heat settings, click the button once. White is low heat, blue is medium, red is high. If your vest is not turning on, please make sure your battery is charged and turned on as well (there's a button on your power bank also).
